Jordan Marques

Jordan Marques, a native Tucsonan, is currently a junior at the University of Arizona where she is a part of the prestigious Arizona School of Dance as well as a Business student. She started dancing at the age of 8 where she trained and became a member of a national award winning competitive team. Throughout the years she has trained and performed under many well known teachers and choreographers.  Some of her opportunities have included performing in the Carnival Choreographer’s Ball in Hollywood, California for two years, as well as current productions through the Fine Arts program through the U of A. Recently she had the opportunity of performing as a backup dancer for Abba at the Hollywood Bowl venue in Los Angeles. In further pursuing her dance career, she was signed with DDO Dance Agency in Los Angeles and hired with Holland America Cruise lines in 2008. Jordan is also an aspiring teacher and choreographer who has been on faculty at a Tucson Dance Company for the past three years.
