Breakout Studios has 3 studio spaces available for rent.  Rental rates are based upon how many hours are booked and paid for at a time.  The more hours that are used, the lower the hourly rate.  Each studio carries a different hourly rate due to it’s size and location.  Each comes with a sound system, full-length mirrors and marley flooring.  Two of the studios (Studio A and Studio B) also have built in ballet bars.

Standard Setup of Services and Space Amenities Included in Studio Rental

• Clean and tidy studio space
• Music systems that are CD/MP3 Player ready
• Mirrors that run the full length of studio
• Marley Flooring and ballet bars
• Parking for clients- first come, first served
• One Breakout Studios associate to oversee space and answer any questions first few times of use.

The above rates apply to studio rental for small groups and classes only.  Larger events have a different cost structure.
